Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
By using tiq you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
tiq is a free game in which players watch public TikTok videos that other players have reposted and guess those players' in-game IQ score. The "IQ" in tiq is a game score, not a real or scientific measurement.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You may only connect a TikTok account that you own.
- One person, one account. Using multiple accounts to influence scores is not allowed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, insult or bully other players, on tiq or elsewhere, based on their scores or content;
- manipulate scores using bots, scripts or coordinated groups;
- attempt to access data of other users or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
4. TikTok content
Videos are shown using TikTok's official embed player and remain the property of their creators. tiq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service.
5. Removing your data
You can disconnect TikTok or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue the service at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify users on the website.
